Inflammatory blog post still online after GP requests removal

In the initial version of this story, nzdoctor.co.nz reported that Dr Gray couldn't recall a defamation case raised by a doctor in the past. This has been corrected to Dr Gray couldn't recall a defamation case raised by a doctor against a patient in the past. We apologise for the error.
