"Heart"ily support. I have found over the years how hard it is to give informed consent for starting statins with all the epidemiological data. And of course the number of sudden deaths in patients who have been religiously taking their medication and exercising! 

Epidemiology is not about individual risk and we should not be giving epidemiological evidence alone. We ( presumably the public) are funding in PREDICT a public health research- not treatment planner.
