Mary Potter Hospice is seeking a Director Palliative Care with strong leadership and mentoring skills. The position has clinical involvement in the In-patient Unit and community with an emphasis on teaching and training. As an integral part of the Executive Team, you will be right at the forefront of leading the Hospice to implement our strategy.
This is an exciting time to be joining the Hospice Executive Team. A new strategic direction has been agreed that will position the Hospice to meet future challenges and part of this is the building of our specialist medical team.
We have fantastic staff in place ready to face these exciting times and strong connections with health and academic partners, the University of Otago in training medical students, and the University of Victoria in research, amongst others.The development of how we are delivering care is vital and Mary Potter Hospice wishes to continue leading in service development.
