I have seen two patients with lymphoma presenting in tonsillar tissue, to me they were obviously not your average tonsillitis, but I have seen thousands of sore throats, my guess is that most pharmacists have seen dozens at best.

In this day of easy accountability, I wonder is it time practices employed a pharmacist and dispensed our own prescriptions, would probably save the funders and patients a heap of money as well.

In thirty years of kiwi practice I have never seen Rheumatic Fever, even in NZ.

Normally I don't support the NZMA, but in this case I agree.
