So lots of talking and nothing much getting done. Seems legit. Kind of like the negotiating technique "This is what we will do and if you don't like it we will do it anyway as a "compulsory variation"". That seems pretty legit too. Next Government priority is probably to have another baby. Seems New Zealanders are easily distracted.
