Pegasus has passionate, dedicated, and talented staff and management. Collectively, they made the job a joy and will continue to ensure the strength of the organisation and the importance of its role in the Canterbury health system," Mr Barry said.
"Vince has been an outstanding CEO and the Board wish him all the best. I look forward to seeing his continued positive impact on the health system," Pegasus Health Board Chair Peter Townsend said.
"I am pleased to confirm that Mark Liddle, who has been acting in the role since March 2021, will continue to lead the organisation while new arrangements are put in place."
