In a decision released today, aged care commissioner Carolyn Cooper has found Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau has breached the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights (the Code) for fall management and care planning.
Ms Cooper has also issued an adverse comment over bed positioning of the patient.
