Her Easter plans having changed unexpectedly and with an announcement on the new health sector structures expected before the end of the month, New Zealand Doctor Rata Aotearoa editor Barbara Fountain spent a rainy day at home hunting out the audio from last year's Popcorn Panel discussing super-sized DHBs and the proposed Health NZ.
