Stop funding the 600,000 wealthy patients hoovering up the $18 visits in the VLCA practices!!!

VLCA needs to be abolished immediately and replaced with targeted funding. No Minister can ever say the health dollar is precious and can't be wasted while we still have the disgraceful rort that is VLCA.

Look; Geoff is right. I live in Taranaki and have worked in the wealthiest areas and the lower incomes. I got a hell of a shock to see the BMWs and Red Toyota Hiluxes of multiple (many) rentals slash dairy farm owners pulling up their bumpers at VCLA practices. 

Taking consults of people whose wolves are long past the door and sleeping on the sofa - very poor form.
