In a report released today, Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner Rose Wall has found a disability services provider breached the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights (the Code) for failing to provide the appropriate standard of care to a man in his 40s.
A second disability services provider has received adverse comment from Ms Wall regarding the man's care.
